PROTOCOLS FOR ALL TRAVELLERS
CONFIRMATION OF SITTER BOOKING
- You will receive a confirmation via email within 2 hours of your booking, detailing date, time, cost & the assigned Carer
- Please return the card authorisation form to [email protected] to complete the booking within 24 hours of the reservation.
- Upon landing / check in at your hotel, please send negative test results or #safekey to [email protected]
- Receipt of the negative test confirmation is REQUIRED prior to the attendance of your Carer.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Minimum 4 hours per sitting ; subject to any curfew observations.
- Maximum 3 children per Sitter where hourly rate includes up to 2 children, the third attracts a surcharge of $10 per hour
- Available days, evenings & weekends, Sundays at regular rate; Public Holidays & After Midnight at 1.50X regular rate where the after midnight rate applies for all hours between 12 midnight and 8:30am.
- For engagements of 6+ hours, the Carer will be provided with a meal on the guest's account where the value will not exceed $40.00.
- Engagements are billable in 30 minute increments rounded up for any portion of a 30 minute increment thereof
- Full fees are due and payable prior to the Engagement and will be charged to the card on file.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Payment is by credit / debit card. We accept MasterCard & Visa Only
- Payment for services will be processed on the day of the booking where service is <3 days away.
- Where a guest is off island at time of booking, 50% of booking will be charged at booking and the remainder at service.
- Where 24 hours notice of a cancellation is provided, there will be no charge for services previously booked.
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a 50% penalty.
- All engagements are subject to a 4 hour minimum charge and where a client returns early (using less hours than booked) a maximum of 1 hour credit will be processed.
- Your Sitter reservation MUST be confirmed with a credit card. Please complete the card authorization form and return to us via email [email protected] Or you may call us at 441 295 2273 to confirm with the Care Concierge within 24 hours of this online reservation. Your reservation is not to be considered confirmed until the deposit is secured.
- For our mutual security, we must also collect your card billing address. We are unable to process any card transaction without this detail. We appreciate your understanding.
- Fraud Alert: This charge will appear in the name of our parent company - Catalyst Consulting Limited. Please advise your banking institution as appropriate.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
There are 10 days that qualify as public holidays in Bermuda and attract the public holiday rate of 1.5x the standard hourly rate. The remaining public holidays in 2022 are as follows:
